स्मॉलकैप इंश्योरेंस टेक्नोलॉजी फर्म Majesco ने रिकॉर्ड तारीख के तौर पर 25 दिसंबर तय की है।
इस घटनाक्रम पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कंपनी के शेयर सुबह करीब 9.46 बजे (आईएसटी) में 988 रुपये पर 1.53 फीसदी ज्यादा कारोबार कर रहे हैं, जबकि बेंचमार्क बीएसई सेंसेक्स 0.44 फीसदी की गिरावट के साथ 46,049 पर कारोबार कर रहा है।
सुबह 11:30 बजे, Majesco स्टॉक बीएसई पर 986 Rs पर कारोबार कर रहा है, जो अपने पिछले बंद से 1.3% ऊपर है जबकि सेंसेक्स 0.6% नीचे 45982.56 अंक पर था।
अक्टूबर में, कंपनी ने अपनी इक्विटी का 25% या 74.70 मिलियन शेयरों को 845 करोड़ रुपये की राशि पर बायबैक की घोषणा की थी।
नकदी होल्डिंग्स और संपत्ति के मुद्रीकरण से भुगतान क्षमता को देखते हुए अमेरिकी हाथ और विश्लेषकों की बिक्री की घोषणा के बाद से शेयर दोगुनी हो गई है । मार्च के अपने चढ़ाव के बाद से, स्क्रिप 478% से अधिक बढ़कर ₹ 986 प्रति शेयर हो गया है। इस साल अब तक इसमें 158% का फायदा हुआ है।
