Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav said that the country will go through mutual consultations when the Modi government removes Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. He said the question is not Kashmir itself, the next question is what will happen to Pak Occupied Kashmir. Akhilesh, known as Chhoti Lohia, paid homage to Janeshwar Mishra here on his birth anniversary, saying, “Nobody should stifle. All are our own people. We should talk the most. The question is not Kashmir, the next question is what will happen to Pak Occupied Kashmir. ”

He said, “The country will only go through mutual consultations. It is with the consent of all that an issue will be resolved. To detain leaders, to take institutions under pressure, learn from the BJP. ”

Vacant Teacher Post in Uttar Pradesh

A petition was filed citing the vacant posts of teachers and the impact of teaching work, which the High Court has pronounced.

Prayagraj: Teachers of primary and upper primary schools will not be associated with non-teaching jobs in government offices. This was disclosed by the advocate of the state government in the High Court while hearing a PIL. The government said that orders have been issued to this effect and all teachers are being removed from affiliation and sent to schools.

The court directed the state government to file an affidavit in the matter. A bench of justices Vikram Nath and Pankaj Bhatia is hearing a PIL filed by Sushil Trivedi.

The PIL said that all teachers of primary and junior high schools run by the Basic Education Council have been affiliated to government offices. This is affecting the vacancies of teachers in schools and teaching work. It was demanded that such teachers be removed from affiliation and sent to schools so that teaching work is not affected.

Additional Advocate General Manish Goyal told the court that all orders for affiliation of teachers in government offices have already been withdrawn and no primary and junior high school teachers will be attached to the government office in future. He will only do the teaching. The court has directed the Principal Secretary Basic Education to file an affidavit to this effect. The petition will come up for further hearing on the 30th of this month.

UP BJP President

Uttar Pradesh BJP (BJP) President Swatanter Dev Singh has said that Kuldeep Singh Sengar has been expelled from the party. “I was not aware of his expulsion. I was in Kanpur, but today the decision has been taken by the central leadership,” said Independent Dev Singh, adding that the Yogi government is standing with the victim of Unnao. Therefore, the Yogi government cannot be put in the dock.

The suspension was long over the expulsion of accused MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar from the party. In Delhi on Thursday morning, the BJP claimed that Sengar had been expelled from the party, but UP BJP President Swatanter Dev Singh was saying by evening that he was suspended. However, Independent Dev Singh has now clarified that Kuldeep Singh Sengar has been expelled from the party. He is no longer in the party.

Earlier, in Kanpur, when asked about Kuldeep Singh’s exit from the BJP, he replied that Kuldeep Singh Sengar had been suspended from the party in 2018. After there was confusion over Kuldeep’s situation, it is now clear that Kuldeep has been expelled from the party after the statement of Independent Singh.

In fact, BJP Rajya Sabha MP G.V.L. Narsimha Rao said in the Unnao rape case that the party did not under any pressure but the victim could get justice, so that MLA Kuldeep Sengar was prosecuted. The BJP MP said, “I want to ask the parties to whom the courts have been ordering, but they still kept protecting their accused leaders. Bjp does not work under anybody’s pressure.

Significantly, the UP government’s credibility and claims of the state police over the incident of Unnao rape victim have been blown up. The Supreme Court has transferred the entire case to Delhi and asked the CBI to complete the investigation into the incident within a week. The Supreme Court said that UP police are not trusted and hence the responsibility for the safety of the rape victim has been given to the CRPF.
